Job Summary
Assists with the development and implementation of marketing plans, generating profitability and maximizing organic growth through key marketing activities for the Farm Seed Division of Seedway. Works diligently to promote the brand, to establish new customers and to grow with existing customers in the Batavia area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Works with Sales Manager in the development and implementation of marketing plans within assigned territory of Batavia, NY.
2. Maintains individual assigned accounts and relationships as well as develops new distribution channels where deemed necessary.
3. Ensures profitable sales growth of assigned territory through target marketing, competitive analysis, risk management, and continual management, coaching, and evaluation of the sales team.
4. Develops and implements an effective sales administration plan that includes setting expectations, training, regular in-field coaching, measuring results, and follow-up.
