Junior Technical Writer
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation that supports our cutting-edge payment solutions. This role is fully remote and open to EU and UK candidates.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and FAQs.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand technical information.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards.
* Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation templates.
* Participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
* Proficiency in using documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, and Markdown.
* Basic understanding of software development and payment systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* EU or UK residency is required.
