The successful candidate will be based at our Dublin Head Office, working closely with our aviation professionals who are applicable to our Spanish payroll process and its administration. Responsibilities
* Oversee payroll processes in Spain, requiring in-depth knowledge of common payroll systems (RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA) and Spanish Tax and Social security matters.
* Assist in adapting our company's systems to simplify the payroll process in Spain.
* Provide expert advice on compliance and respond to ad-hoc queries.
* Collaborate with local providers and other departments.
* Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Exceptional knowledge of Spanish payroll systems.
* At least 3 years of experience in a payroll department.
* Excellent communication, oral and written skills.
* High proficiency in Office Suite (particularly Excel).
* Fluency in English and Spanish required.
