They are one of the leaders in integrated FM contracts, which include technical services, energy, BMS, cleaning, security, and front of house. Their client is a large retail provider with offices in Ireland and the North, which will be the successful candidate's remit.
About your new job
Key Responsibilities:
* Part of a team ensuring service is delivered to meet contractual requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all regulations within the contract.
* Develop annual objectives for each technician, bearing in mind the geography of the region and the key sites within it.
* Develop local improvement programmes that are aligned with overall business strategy and that will help the company meet its client service commitments.
* Analyze KPI data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
* Commercially develop the contract to grow by adding additional services and delivering additional projects.
* Monitor all contract budgets, focusing on meeting budget and controlling costs.
* Benchmark performance data across similar contracts/industries.
* Ensure that all PPM and Reactive calls, SLA’s, and KPI’s, including the Company’s set targets, are met for the contract.
Key requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a technical qualification and have experience in the management of FM contracts, with P&L responsibility. Candidates must have worked in a TFM provider with a particular focus on hard services.
What's on offer
The ideal candidate will be paid a salary of circa €60K, along with a company vehicle and other benefits.
