Grade VI Payroll Officer
An excellent opportunity to progress your payroll experience and career as a Grade VI Payroll Officer with an educational institution based in Carlow.
This is a fully onsite position that requires the ability to adhere to and develop payroll processes while meeting deadlines and ensuring essential requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with payroll control processes and procedures.
* Complete payrolls in accordance with strict deadlines.
* Follow payroll taxation and statutory deductions requirements.
* Support the improvement of payroll processes and policies.
* Prepare and maintain monthly payroll deductions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for audit and internal information purposes.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of payroll experience.
* Desirable: Payroll-related qualifications such as IPASS or equivalent.
* Good knowledge and experience using IT systems.
* Ability to perform the role to a high standard, demonstrating excellent analytical, interpersonal, and team working skills.
