Job Summary:
The ProSource Group is working with a client who provides services to various industries, including pharmaceuticals, data centres, hospitals, and retail units. Due to their continued growth, the client is seeking a Project Manager for one of their pharmaceutical customers in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Familiarity with life sciences automation systems and supporting documentation and practices.
* Leadership: leading the field team and maintaining a positive demeanour.
* Coordinating, planning, and scheduling of all projects effectively.
* Weekly reporting to clients on progress and forecasted works.
* Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders on a weekly basis.
* Commercial management of contracts from tender stage to completion and handover, ensuring high-quality projects are delivered on time, according to specification.
* Work closely with the HR department in areas such as workforce strategy, performance management, conflict resolution, training, and development.
Requirements:
* Mechanical/Electrical Background with an emphasis on Building Automation and Management systems or Engineering Degree.
* Project management experience of 2+ years within a regulated industry.
* Excellent organisational skills, planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
* Previous estimating experience.
* An effective communicator with staff, customers, and the wider operations team.
* Ability to lead a team in a highly regulated industry.
* Able to solve problems analytically and act decisively.
* Able to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and sub-contractors.
* Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
