This is a role where you can really make your mark, developing great tasting products for leading supermarkets across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll be working on a diverse range of NPD projects developing the next new favourites for shopper’s baskets.
Here you’ll be researching and monitoring the latest food, consumer, and competitor trends, using this insight to develop market-leading new concepts.
You’ll be working on briefs from retail customers, developing delicious recipes for new products and ensuring they meet quality, nutritional, price and operational requirements.
You’ll be responsible for managing your NPD projects from concept through to launch, working closely together with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met. You’ll be supported by the Process and Operations teams in the factory along with colleagues across Technical and Procurement.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need some experience in handling NPD projects, working in a food manufacturing environment. Ideally, you’ll have a food science or related degree. You’ll definitely be super-interested in all things food related and always curious about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Good project management skills, being organised and confident presenting your ideas to others are important too.
