Job Description Join our fabulous team at McWilliam Park Hotel as a Night Supervisor The Night Supervisor's key purpose is to ensure that guests in all areas of the hotel are receiving highest levels of service and safety at all times.

The hotel boasts 103 comfortable large sized hotel bedrooms, a leisure club (Evolve Health & Fitness) with a fully equipped gym, an indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool.
Responsibilities: · In the absence of the Manager, to oversee any late check ins or early check outs and ensure guest needs are catered to · To monitor hotel functions and review function sheet daily, noting any changes or amendments, and ensure that every meeting room and area is set for the next function.
· To ensure that all public areas of the hotel are routinely cleaned and this cleaning is appropriately recorded and inspected · To ensure the car park and grounds are kept free of litter and obstructions.
· To ensure that all maintenance issues are recorded, scheduled and addressed in a timely fashion.
· To ensure all corridors and public areas are kept free from trays and dirty glasses.
· To conduct a daily fire walk while on duty, enter all reports in the Fire Register To be responsible for the reception accounts during the night shift, and to ensure staff are correctly trained with regards to cash handling & balancing of shift end, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
Full responsibility for rostering of the nights team in the absence of the manager.
Hold regular department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture.
