Job Description:
Want to become Cabin Crew for Europe's Largest Airline Group? We are looking for aspiring Cabin Crew to join our waiting list for our Autumn/Winter courses.
What does this mean?
We will process your application, get you booked in for an online interview, and once successful, we will place you on a waiting list for future course announcements!
This is your opportunity to join the 16K+ Cabin Crew members across Ryanair's growing network of 90+ operational bases who deliver best-in-class customer service to over 600K guests on over 3,600 flights EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Flying for Ryanair means you not only get amazing perks such as unlimited discount travel across Ryanair's 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off roster', and highly competitive salary packages, but you also get world-leading training, completely free!
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is necessary as our training courses are designed to provide you with all the fundamental skills our crew use every day, allowing you to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience to our guests. Once complete, you will be issued with your 'Cabin Crew Wings' and ready to take to the skies!
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless, including becoming a Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even our next Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding; however, it is a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You will be required to operate both early and late shifts and report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster and not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented and like to work in a fast-paced environment with loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!
Please note in order for your application to be progressed, you must complete the initial stages of the application which include an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire.
Requirements
* Bags of enthusiasm
* Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
* You must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
* You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
* It helps if you are hardworking, flexible, and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
* Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
* Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
* A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
