Business Development Manager 60,000 to 65,000 basic + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Uncapped Commission

The Role
We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Business Manager with 5 + years of sales experience. As part of expansion to Ireland market, this is an opportunity to embark on an exciting and rewarding career as the first headcount to establish the Irish market and potential managerial role.
Dealing with Breast, General, Colorectal, Plastic and Reconstructive surgeons both in the government and private sector, the successful candidate will be determined and hard-working with a desire to be the best.
After full product and sales training, you will be responsible for supporting and advising customers on our range of products in Breast reconstruction and Hernia repair. Liaising with consultant surgeons and theatre managers, you will be in the region, building and negotiating new business. You will be required to present our products to surgeons and support their use in the operating theatre during surgery.
The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:
* Prospecting for new clients, promoting and advising on General, Plastic and Reconstructive products.
* Maintaining existing business relationships and building new ones, including making face-to-face client visits as required.
* Providing product demonstrations and presentations.
* Providing direct product support in the operating theatre.
* Providing professional and effective sales coverage.
* Increasing awareness of Biologics and synthetic range of hernia meshes.
* Maintaining an efficient customer record system and updating as necessary.
* Providing sales support as required at exhibitions, educational events, and seminars.
The Benefits

* 60,000 to 65,000 basic plus uncapped commission.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a BDM:
* Being educated to degree level with a scientific focus is mandatory; a previous role in healthcare or Medical Devices sales is necessary.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and at all levels of the business.
* An organised, articulate, and dedicated individual that has the drive and desire to succeed.
* A full EU clean driving license.
You must be eligible to live and work in Ireland and live in and around Dublin.
