Role Overview
We are looking for a Platform Developer / Low-Code Engineer to join our technology team. This role will focus on building business applications and workflows using low-code and no-code tools, enabling automation and integration across key business functions. You will leverage AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, and databases to create efficient, scalable business solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has solid application development experience and is passionate about using modern tools instead of traditional pure code development to create impactful business applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop business applications using low-code and no-code tools such as Retool, Zapier, n8n, Tines or similar.
2. Design and implement automated workflows to streamline manual business processes.
3. Connect different business systems using API integrations and automation frameworks.
4. Utilize AI tools to enhance application development speed and efficiency.
5. Integrate AI into business tools, leveraging AI-powered automation for smarter processes.
6. Consume and manipulate data from various APIs and databases.
7. Integrate tools with other business applications including CRMs, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses, APIs, Core Databases, and other enterprise systems.
8. Apply application development methodologies to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
9. Ensure security best practices are followed when handling sensitive business data.
10. Optimize database structures and queries for better performance and data flow.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, workflow automation, or low-code engineering.
2. Strong experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Retool, Zapier, n8n, or Tines.
3. Proficiency in workflow building and business process automation.
4. Experience integrating APIs and databases into applications.
5. Familiarity with SQL and Python notebooks for data manipulation.
6. Understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in business process automation.
Preferred Skills & Experience
1. Experience with AI-powered automation tools.
2. Knowledge of enterprise application integration (EAI) best practices.
3. Exposure to security best practices in cloud-based business applications.
4. Experience working in data-driven environments with structured and unstructured data.
Working Conditions & Benefits
