The Role: The Company has new and exciting opportunities for a part qualified accountant to join their team in a hybrid work from home environment with a noted base in their Dublin office. This role is in their Outsourcing Team (which operates within their Consulting Department) working within a growing area of the firm with domestic, FDI, and Public Sector Clients. This position offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work within a global network organization. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity, but the Company is very open to considering flexible working arrangements and candidates who wish to work part-time.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of compliance clients covering the following areas: Preparation and review of sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements.
2. Preparation of monthly management accounts.
3. Assisting with tax and general consulting issues for clients.
4. Assisting with the general management of client portfolio and providing ad-hoc assistance as required.
5. Assisting with the commercial management of the unit.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Part qualified Accountant with 1 years’ experience in a busy accounting environment.
2. Prior practice experience is preferable, but not essential.
3. Excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexibility and team player skills.
6. Ability to work on own initiative, taking work to completion stage for partner/manager review.
7. As this is a client-facing role, there will be a requirement for some travel to client premises; therefore, a full, clean Irish/International driver's license is desirable.
