This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer to be part of Cpl Healthcare and take a lead in the Compliance function.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage compliance requirements for agency workers: ensure Training, Garda Vetting, Permissions to work are valid and up to date.
2. Clear compliance verifications on MyCpl.
3. Ensure all emails and phone calls are dealt with in a fast and efficient way.
4. Process Cessation of employment requests.
5. Complete reference requests & letter requests for agency workers.
6. Ensure agency workers are on the correct incremental pay scale & review increments.
7. Ensure payments for Occupational Health & training courses are lodged.
8. Act as an escalation point for incidents and non-conformances.
9. Liaise with the Recruitment, Placement and Payroll department.
10. Ensure all incoming communication (Post & faxes) are managed, actioned, and distributed to the appropriate teams.
11. Organise internal and external communications.
12. Complete regular audits for clients.
