Job Title: Medical Nursing Coordinator with fluent French
Location: Dublin – Hybrid
Salary: €44,000- €48,000 + Inc shift allowance + performance bonus + Excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Sun availability)

Our client is looking to hire a certified nurse who speaks French, to join their Dublin based team. You will become a member of their medical team, which assists clients with their medical needs on an international scale while collaborating with international nonprofit organisations in need of medical assistance. Additionally, you will assist clients with their medical inquiries and assist those who are travelling that sustain medical injuries to get back to their home countries.
Your nursing expertise, administrative ability, organisational abilities, and everyday multitasking will all be put to use in this varied profession. It would be ideal for a nurse looking for a new challenge and working for a company that provides great working hours, work-life balance, and perks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing of complex medical cases across the business.
2. Working with Doctors & Line managers across the business ensuring submitted are accurate.
3. Working travel partners to relocate patients back to their home countries.
4. Supporting charities globally with medical assistance/advice
5. Building a strong relationship with clients, customers and both internal and external parties.
6. Keeping database up to date and strong administration skills.
7. Providing exceptional customer service, developing client relationships.
8. Working in line with team SLA`s.
9. Responsible for high quality output of day-to-day activities in line with role
10. Responsible for process involvement for relevant functions.
Experience Required
11. Nursing Qualification
12. Previous clinical nursing experience
13. Fluent in French
14. Fluent English
15. Administration Skills
16. Strong Customer Service Skills
17. Experience effectively dealing with high volumes and quick turnaround times.
