Job Summary:
Nua Healthcare Services is one of Ireland's leading Private Healthcare Providers, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services for people with complex support needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Person in Charge to support the Centre on a full-time contract.
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Job Objectives:
The Person in Charge will:
* Support the delivery of duties within the Centre daily in line with regulations.
* Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up to date.
* Provide the highest quality of care and support to people who use this service.
* Meet regulation compliance in accordance with Health ACT 2007 (Care and support of residents in designated centres for persons (Children and Adults; with disabilities) Regulations 2013.
Key Responsibilities:
The Person in Charge will be responsible for:
* Managing the staff team to provide support to people who use this service.
* Coordinating the input required from other individuals such as members of the Clinical Team and other departmental supports, as required.
* Providing mentorship and leadership to their team daily.
* Overseeing the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold a Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
* Have 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
* Possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills and judgement, and be capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.
