We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at Ernest Jones in Kildare Sterling Village.
The successful candidate will support our Store Manager in achieving the store's targets through promoting sales culture, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have inspirational leadership credentials, a commercially savvy approach, experience in coaching and motivating others, and an interest in the Jewellery industry.
