We are looking for astute, energetic graduates to work across a number of AppleCare Departments undertaking 3 rotations during a 23-month period. The departments you will work in may include Product Repair and Service Management, Customer Support, Service Channel Management, Materials and Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Data Analytics, Engineering & Quality. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain valuable experience across a highly matrixed organisation.
Graduates of Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, or any similar business disciplines are of particular interest. If you feel you have the critical skills required, we would love to hear from you.
Description
You will rotate through 3 AppleCare departments to assist in the ongoing management and development of the extensive AppleCare operations functions supporting our customer base. Duties will include providing support functions to the various teams, developing and presenting business reports, investigating and solving technical and process problems, managing projects, etc. There will likely be an opportunity to travel to various customer support and service partner operations within Europe at various points in the program. This role will involve extensive multi-functional teamwork and challenge your array of hard and soft skills daily. The AppleCare environment is a dynamic, fast-paced and complex operation, so the opportunity to learn and develop is immense.
Participating Departments:
* Product Repair and Service Management: Responsible for managing the extensive range of service providers and repair factories across the EMEIA region.
* Customer Support: Provides management and support to ensure customers receive outstanding technical support for our products and services.
* Service Channel Management: Provides extensive management and oversight to the different channels that customers have for service.
* Service Supply Chain Operations (SSCO): Plans and procures all parts and components required to keep the service network operational.
* Business Process Reengineering: Provides project and program management services to develop comprehensive systems and processes for AppleCare.
* Data Analytics: Develops tools and performs essential services to analyze big data for all business groups within AppleCare.
Minimum Qualifications
* Will have achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 or higher overall grade in undergraduate degree program or MSc.
* Will have graduated in 2024 or 2025.
Preferred Qualifications
* Highly motivated self-starter with a consistent record of delivering results through teamwork.
* Strong data analytics skills & a data-driven approach.
* Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Ability to function comfortably in a fast-paced, pressurized & highly information-sensitive environment.
* Good problem-solving skills, able to make informed & timely decisions.
