Are you a Total Rewards expert passionate about creating impactful compensation and benefits strategies across Europe?
We’re looking for a dynamic EU Total Rewards Lead to translate our client’s Corporate Total Rewards vision into actionable regional strategies that empower their people and drive business performance. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping and implementing compensation frameworks, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting local market competitiveness — all while collaborating closely with global and regional teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and align the EU Total Rewards strategy with the global TR vision
* Design and roll out a scalable total rewards framework for the region
Data & Analysis
* Conduct pay gap analysis and market benchmarking
* Participate in annual salary surveys and assess market competitiveness
* Monitor trends, legislation, and regulatory changes across the EU
Projects & Frameworks
* Lead job evaluation and levelling using Mercer/Aon methodology
* Manage annual compensation cycles: merit increases, bonuses, off-cycle adjustments
* Drive regional and global C&B projects from concept to execution
Communication & Compliance
* Propose innovative solutions (e.g., sales incentives, labour cost modelling)
* Lead total rewards communication plans and engagement initiatives
* Partner with Payroll and other HR teams to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment
Benefits & Budgeting
* Benchmark, propose, and manage regional benefit programs
* Ensure compliance and cost-efficiency in C&B budgeting
* Continuously revise policies and SOPs to reflect evolving needs
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree (or above) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 10+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits management
* Deep knowledge of C&B systems and structures
* Familiarity with EU and Irish labour legislation would be ideal
* Expertise in Mercer/Aon job evaluation methodologies
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
