Your new role
As our new Creative Coordinator, you will be supporting the Buildings Market to deliver excellence throughout their bid submissions. Reporting to the Buildings Senior Pursuit Manager (BSPM), the role will include producing bid documents, coordinating inputs from bid teams and locating basic information to respond to standard questions. In addition, you may produce Business Development materials to help position Ramboll with existing or future clients.
You will need to be proactive in your approach to the task in hand and ensure compliance with the Ramboll brand across the bid submissions produced.
The Market Pursuits team is dedicated to winning work and you will be joining a small team which is focussed on the Buildings market, delivering bids across multiple Sectors including Commercial Offices, Healthcare, Education and Public and Government. We are a friendly supportive team with a focus on delivering excellence throughout our work.
Working on bids that are typically short-notice with a quick turnaround, your key responsibilities will be:
1. Generating documentation/presentation material to standard template style and layout, and infographics, diagrams and images that help articulate the Ramboll value proposition
2. Ensuring proposal material meets client’s needs and is compliant with tender requirements
3. Joining periodic status meetings with the bid team to ensure bid submission compliance
4. Assisting in the development of Business Development material suitable for either internal or external use ensuring alignment with the Ramboll brand
About you
The role requires someone who is able to multi-task and work well under pressure, with the following key skills:
1. Excellent ability in Adobe InDesign
2. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
3. Understanding and experience of applying best practice to publication design
4. Excellent communication skills, responsive and flexible with a proactive mindset
5. Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively
6. Understands ‘what good looks like’ in terms of proposal production
7. Creative out-of-the-box thinking
