Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrator to join our Property Team at Comer Group Ireland. This role involves the day-to-day administration, co-ordination and logistics of the property team that manage our assets within the Comer Group Ireland portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a focus on planning, costing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Communicate daily with Property Managers and Maintenance Team Leads.
* Authorise and administer Purchase Orders.
* Update Property Schedules and assist Team Leads in scheduling Maintenance Team workflows.
* Reconcile purchase orders monthly.
* Liaise between Property Managers and Maintenance Team Leads to reduce vacancy periods in residential units.
* Oversee move-in/move-out processes to ensure efficiency and reduce turn-around times.
* Assist Team Leads in prioritising workflow and ensuring timely supply resource allocation.
* Understand emergency procedures and identify key contacts for suppliers.
* Familiarise yourself with Comer Group Ireland's Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Record hazards, near misses and accidents as instructed by the Operations Manager.
* Maintain confidentiality according to the company's GDPR policy and confidentiality agreements.
Requirements:
* Certificate in a related field (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working on maintenance web-portals like Snapfix or Firecloud (an advantage).

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook, experience on Snap Fix platform an advantage.
Prior Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
