Main Responsibilities:
1. Build a personal book of business with all clients in the midlands of Ireland.
2. Predominantly focus on a commercial desk, covering Permanent & Temporary positions.
3. Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs through development of long-term client relationships.
4. Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and employer branding.
5. Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
6. Identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events.
7. Take ownership for personal and professional development, leading by example and ensuring Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
8. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification, and develop client relations.
9. Manage recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role.
* A strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* A proactive person who can spot an opportunity and action it without instruction.
* Effective communication and influencing skills, with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* The ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive attitude.
* Customer-centric approach.
* Proficient in working off own initiative.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
