The People Excellence Partner role works with the People Business Partner, People Excellence, and People Services to support the business. Focused on delivering foundational HR excellence.
Hybrid Role - Please note this role will require you to be on site a minimum of three days’ per week.
This position is responsible for:
* Support local execution of global strategies and processes
* Support recruitment activity for the business
* Support implementation of new People & Culture operating model and upskilling the business
* Provides guidance and direction in People and Culture and associated business topics
* Guide employees & managers through the performance process. Perform year-end calibration according to COE guidance with the People Business Partner when appropriate
* Manage & coordinate employee separation & absence with PS for administrative tasks with support from People Business Partner when appropriate
* Provide support to contingent & non-employee resources (conversion, transfer, termination), when needed
* Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service
* Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation with People Excellence COE Partner and PS
* Organization Management – Support large organization changes with People Business Partners (RIFs & expansions). Offer org. system support for line management. Conduct Workday org audits and clean-up efforts
* Management of the Occupational Health process
* Support onsite ARG initiatives – Wellness Team
* Support Monthly onboarding training of new associates
* Support the launch of the new EMEA onboarding programme
* Key point of contact for the sites T&A system (TMS)
* Coach people leaders regularly on best practice approaches to people management procedures, disciplinary processes, feedback, and employee development
* Support associates with any workplace grievances or queries which they may have from time to time
* Get involved regularly in local, regional and EMEA based HR projects as and when required
* Generate and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports for SLT
* Work with people leaders on talent management and succession planning
* Support Employee Relations cases, review case file, witness statements, draft WRC submissions with our solicitor
About you:
To excel in this role you will need to have:
* Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
* Demonstrated experience, previous HR experience interacting with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a multinational company environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters and organisational change and development
* Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship building, influence, negotiation and project management skills
* Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
* Exercise independent judgement with strong attention to detail
