Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our award-winning Irish-owned Civil Engineering consultancy in County Roscommon.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities include:
* Opening and closing reception, performing general administrative duties, answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing mail.
* Providing support to the accounts department as needed and handling petty cash transactions.
* Conducting daily stock checks and purchasing office supplies.
* Arranging couriers and coordinating logistics.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
