Job Title: Experienced Scheduler

We are working with a leading independent project and cost management consultancy due to strategic growth. They have an opening for an experienced scheduler who will undertake scheduling duties independently while reporting to the management team.

The successful candidate will work on various projects, including commercial, residential, and hospitality. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of prior professional scheduling experience and be proficient in Primavera and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project.
">
* Liaise with clients and their teams to prepare multidisciplinary integrated schedules.
">
* Monitor progress against the approved baseline schedule.
">
* Liaise with third parties such as designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors on behalf of the client.
">
* Report to management on project status, critical slippage, key risks, and opportunities.
">
* Assign resources and work with the client to level resource requirements as needed.
">

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of prior professional scheduling experience.
">
* Proficient in Primavera and MS Project.
">
* Relevant scheduling experience in a construction and/or manufacturing environment.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

* Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum depending on experience.
