Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Ensure effective communication across departments, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing legislation.
* Lead by example, encouraging staff to work together, multi-task, and provide support where needed.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including beverage stock-takers, to ensure accurate information exchange and timely resolution of discrepancies.

* Proven experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in hospitality and leadership.
