Its tiered offering combines the skills of our project managers, technologists, senior associates, review analysts and case team to create and implement strategies for managing projects of this scale.There now exists an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to work as part of the Project Services Group and to support the IT requirements around that team who are digitally dependent and driven.The Technical Assistant will report into Paula Fearon, Partner & Head of Project Services and will work closely with the existing ediscovery and legal technology team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork in our growing Project Services team to support their use of legal technology including:
The use of the firm's HighQ Collaborate platform, building and managing complex transactions in Virtual Data Rooms, utilising and developing legal project management tools and workflowsDesigning and maintaining HighQ Collaborate iSheets with a broad range of complexity and project requirementsWorking with tools such as Contract Express & RelativityOne and supporting the team's use of all of its ediscovery and document review softwareLiaising with legal technology service providers to raise user queries, request bespoke solutions etc.Keeping abreast of emerging legal technologies and apply them into operations and activities as well as implementing new abilities in our existing technology without disrupting the provision of our services to our clients;Offer technical guidance to clients over the variety of services, systems, and applications the Group offers over the course of the day as well as out of hours as needed.Create and maintain software documentation including training materials and capability overviews.Comfortable working autonomously but also capable of working within a strong team environment.Experience, Knowledge & Technical SkillsThe successful candidate will be:
