Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee home energy upgrade projects across Kerry, Limerick, and Cork. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth execution from consultation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate home energy upgrades, including assessments, SEAI grant applications, contractor scheduling, follow-up BERs, and financing options.
* Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
* Oversight of multiple projects, proactively addressing challenges and keeping stakeholders informed.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of construction and energy retrofit practices.
* Proven project management experience in construction, energy solutions, or home improvement.
* Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (e.g., attics).
* Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel.
