Role Overview:The Safety Advisor is responsible for supporting the EHS Manager and delivering top-tier safety management services to our customers. This includes coordinating safety roles across various projects, proactively managing risks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in sectors like Food & Beverage, Pharma, and Drinks. Responsibilities:Deliver industry-leading safety management services for our customers.Support the Safety Manager in implementing effective safety solutions.Coordinate PSCS/Safety Advisor roles for projects across Ireland, including:Attending site meetings.Developing and reviewing method statements and risk assessments.Managing daily permits to work and Safe Plans of Action.Monitoring on-site safety performance proactively.Pre-qualifying contractors and maintaining compliance.Implement and oversee the Malone Group’s quality, safety, and business systems.Report weekly to the EHS Manager on project progress, safety KPIs, and customer feedback.Coordinate operational safety management systems and safety engineering projects with internal teams.Skills/Experience Required:Essential:3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Level 7 Health & Safety qualification.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile applications.Desirable:Manual Handling Instructor, VDU Assessor, and First Aid certifications.Experience in PSCS & PSDP roles.Knowledge of safety management systems, including development, implementation, and auditing
