Sales and Marketing Manager
Homeland Group seeks a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, drive property sales, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage, and print media, to promote properties and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
* Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants, coordinate and conduct property viewings, and provide guidance and assistance to buyers throughout the negotiation process.
* Collaborate with legal, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales and maintain accurate records.
* Implement property improvement initiatives to enhance value and attractiveness and address after-sales queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
* Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in property sales.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
* Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Full clean Irish driver's licence.
* PSRA licence (preferred).
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
