The successful candidate will function as a vital link between the company, its clients, and internal stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of Uniphar Hospital Services.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative Support: Support the Hospital Manager with day-to-day queries and Admin tasks. Creating, updating, and maintaining records and reports and acting as a reliable resource for problem-solving and coordination.Claims Handling: Investigate, resolve, and process claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with relevant departments to address root causes and prevent recurring issues.Aged Debt Management: Support in month-end aged debt activities, collaborating closely with internal teams to review, manage, and reduce outstanding balances. Follow up with customers to address overdue payments, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner.Customer Relationship Management: You will have the opportunity to travel to Hospitals and meet with customers, fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Event Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent and promote the company brand, demonstrating a strong market presence. Function as an ambassador to build awareness of the company’s values and services.QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREDStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.Highly organized, with strong time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in SAP and SAP BI (preferable).Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to group objectives.Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.Company BackgroundThe Uniphar Group is a leading service provider within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector headquartered in Ireland.
