Human Resource Business Partner Contract- 12-week contract (Immediate start date) Salary- €45k Location- Dublin 12 (Hybrid) We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-paced HR department within the Security Solutions industry. This role will focus heavily on employee relations, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Experience managing investigations and disciplinary procedures is essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for line managers on HR-related matters. Act as the subject matter expert in all employee relations issues. Manage a high volume of employee relations cases from initiation to resolution. Drive and support the implementation of HR initiatives and best practices. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Requirements: Proven track record of managing employee relations cases from start to finish. Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Strong confidence in HR knowledge with the ability to challenge or push back when necessary. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
