Why this role is important to us
Fund Accounting is at the core of our asset servicing solutions for our clients allowing State Street to give asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. This is a team providing a crucial operational service for clients worldwide, and you will work with a range of internal teams across the globe to service a wide array of prominent clients across multiple fund types.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Fund Accounting – NAV calculation: Be part of a new team with great opportunities for career growth. The role will involve the processing and review of accounting activity. The team takes responsibility for the accuracy of the NAV (Net Asset Value) per share published to the marketplace and liaises with other supporting departments to ensure the standards are kept high. This is an exciting time to join as the team is establishing a large footprint in Ireland.
2. Fund Accounting – NAV Oversight: With responsibility for a portfolio of clients, the team oversees client deliverables on a daily basis. This includes the publication of the NAV along with any supporting information and queries our clients have on the funds valuation.

Experience and Qualifications:
A primary degree is all we ask, but Finance or Accountancy knowledge will provide a great start for you. Experience working with Microsoft Office.
