Key responsibilities include designing, delivering, and improving training programmes for employees, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective learning outcomes. This involves planning, developing, delivering, and updating training modules, as well as developing new employment comprehensive training programmes to meet organisational needs. The role also requires supporting the HR and Training Manager in assessing training needs and developing strategies for effective service-wide delivery of training. Additional responsibilities include reporting on training activities, analysing data to assess effectiveness, identifying areas for continuous improvement, creating and implementing innovative training solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for skill development and growth. To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in healthcare, training, or management, experience in training or managerial roles, excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills, ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams, and proficiency in tools like learning management systems and design software.
