Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to support our Housing with Care Manager in a RQIA regulated environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support services, ensuring the efficient maintenance of routine and non-routine administration procedures.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Provide administrative support to the Housing with Care Manager
* Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A good general level of education, including at least 5 GCSEs (Grade C or equivalent)
* OR QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
* One year's administration experience working in a business environment, including operation of a bespoke computerized system
* Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office packages and word processing skills
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
