Job Description:
College Group is a privately held company founded in 1989, and is the largest processor and exporter of animal by-products in Ireland. Our diversification and investment strategy has resulted in large-scale developments in the production of biofuels and the manufacture of organic fertilizers. Continuous development has led to expansion into renewable energy with solar installation and planned renewable gas production.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to join our Biofuels Team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week - may suit 5 mornings per week).
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch/Intake of raw materials and finished products
2. Chemical ordering
3. Stock Control
4. Monitoring of utility usage
5. Goods In/Out Reporting
6. General office and facility administration
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
2. Excellent communication skills are essential
3. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
4. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
5. Must be motivated with a 'can do' attitude
