Overall Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation on the ground, managing maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, and catering departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage supervision and control of all food and beverage from the Kitchen, ensuring high-quality food in all areas while maintaining GP% and Costings.
* Ensure service of all meals meets Company standards and Client specifications.
* Obtain supplies and purchases from Company-appointed suppliers or site-specific sources.
* Control raw materials and portions according to Company standards.
* Prepare food using fresh and local produce while maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Maintain methods of food preparation, production, and presentation that comply with standards and Client specifications.
* Complete and maintain all legislative paperwork as required by law, including the Apleona Kitchen Diary.
* Maintain Company standards of hygiene and safety, taking necessary actions.
