MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as primary customer interface on large, complex projects, responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships. Develop relationships with both IQVIA’s traditional customer base and non-traditional/new customers and markets.
* Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Participate in the analysis and definition of efficient, cost-effective, and creative solutions which help the customer become more competitive.
* Act as a bridge between Lifecycle Safety Operations and the business development team. Coordinate with Operational teams to develop proposals.
* Provide support for standardized and creative proposals in response to customers’ expressed needs. Follow up on proposals to customers.
* Work closely with Lifecycle Safety Operations and project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of safety agreements.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Science or related discipline.
* 5 years’ related experience in a Contract Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company is preferred.
* 3 years' of Lifecycle Safety experience (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc). Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
* Understanding of Pharmacovigilance operations.
* Strong computer skills (especially MS Office Suite, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing opportunities and performing multiple tasks.
* Ability to maintain demanding timelines.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
