About THE ROLE
The Supervisor plays a key role in achieving high standards of customer service and sales. They lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
* Support the management team in managing personnel, product & merchandising functions, and business processes.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
* Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets.
* Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly.
* Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge.
* Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results.
* Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing functions.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with customers.
* Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently.
* Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions.

* Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
* People management experience with conflict resolution skills.
* Effective communicator with relationship-building skills.
* Team player who recognizes and celebrates others' contributions.
* Confident in giving feedback to promote positive change.
* Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with pace.
* Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
* Proactive in finding in-store solutions.
