Job Description
As a Maintenance/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Department to deliver quality-based, cost-effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts, grounds of facility, health & safety, and equipment in accordance with regulations.
* Cooperate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of IT development programmes.
* Manage performance and maintenance of buildings, including mechanical and electrical services.
* Participate and manage new development projects.
* Prepare annual buildings and maintenance plans, including minor/major capital, energy management, and PEMAC requests.
Requirements:
* 3rd Level/Apprenticeship in IT, Electrical/Mechanical trade, or Engineering/Surveying/Facilities/Chartered Surveyors.
* At least 7 years' experience in mechanical/electrical/engineering management of large buildings.
* Experience in management of operational budgets.
* Management of multidisciplinary trades & technical teams.
* Experience in implementation of Planned Maintenance programmes.
* Experience working with building service systems, technologies, such as UPS units, AHUs, and water treatment systems.
