My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager – EMEA to join their dynamic and fast-paced tax team.
This role is integral to ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, managing tax accounting processes, and supporting strategic tax initiatives in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Policy, and Finance, as well as external tax advisors.
Your expertise in corporate tax, deferred tax, and indirect tax will be essential in driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Lead and support direct and indirect tax compliance processes across the EMEA region.Oversee the preparation of tax provisions to ensure accurate financial reporting.Manage tax audits, negotiations, and implementations at a local, regional, and country level.Monitor and analyse tax policy changes, providing insights and recommendations.Develop and implement tax strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Review and approve direct and indirect tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Drive process improvements to enhance tax compliance and reporting efficiency.Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external advisors on tax matters.Excellent, what skills and experience should I have? Professional Tax Qualification (CTA preferred).Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).8+ years of experience in tax roles within multinational companies or consultancy.Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax, indirect tax, and tax accounting principles.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.This opportunity is an 11 month contract, Remote/Hybrid options available (candidates must be located in Ireland), competitive salary offered.
