PE Global is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant – Revenue to join a commercial state-owned company for a 6-month FTC.
This is a permanent opportunity which will assist the Credit Manager in routine accounting operations to ensure delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Departments requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Controlling Container Manifests against Port Information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Preparing and Issuing Invoices for all Container Business.
* Preparing and Issuing Invoices for Storage, Reefer and Ancillary Terminal Services.
* Maintaining Records regarding all invoicing instructions, queries, etc.
* Month End Processes.
* Customer Liaison including Query Handling.
* General Support to the Sales Invoicing Team.
Requirements:
* You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
* You will have excellent numeracy, accuracy and logic skills including problem solving.
* A finance degree or equivalent is an advantage.
* Proficiency in using IT Software Systems.
* You will be immediately available or able to commence employment within a week.
