Job Purpose
To drive income generation and fundraising performance by providing operational and administrative support to the Regular Giving Team, with a focus on the Direct Dialogue Team.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the regular giving team in delivering targeted performance through effective operational and administrative support.
* Recruit new candidates for the Regular Giving Team, ensuring high levels of verbal communication by phone and written communication by email.
* Maintain HR documents and relevant checks.
* Develop and implement the welcome process for new donors, including daily welcome calls and reporting.
* Provide excellent communication and care to valued donors and the public, resolving queries in a timely manner.
Administrative Tasks
* Data input, word processing, and creation of spreadsheets.
* Maintenance of manual and electronic records, photocopying, and operation of office machines.
* Preparation of bi-weekly wages and tracking of equipment.
* Support in training and development of Fundraising Teams.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a busy office environment.
