Responsibilities:
* In person and over the phone, greet and assist patients.

* Professionally and courteously answer all phone calls.
* Maintain the privacy of all information about the doctor, the personnel, and the patients.
* Doctors and patients should schedule appointments.
* With prudence and professionalism, communicate with medical departments.
* During all activities, follow the policies and procedures.
* Assist with admissions and treatment according to established protocols.
* Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist in a healthcare facility.
* Innovative thinker with good problem-solving and conceptual abilities.
* Multi-tasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong administrative, organisational, and planning abilities.
* Ability to operate under pressure and respond quickly in an emergency.
