Legal Receptionist – To Cover Maternity Leave
Eoin O’Gorman Solicitors are seeking a full-time Legal Receptionist to cover Maternity Leave.
Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients of the firm. You will be required to provide a high standard of support to our solicitors and administration staff.
The responsibilities and requirements of the role are as follows:
* General Receptionist duties;
* An ability to greet and liaise with all clients;
* Be a positive ambassador for the firm;
* Responsible for handling confidential information with professionalism;
* Diary management;
* File and database management;
* Answering and directing telephone calls;
* Photocopying and scanning of documents;
* Postal and courier duties;
* Housekeeping duties; and
* Other duties as required.
To be suitable for this position you should have the following experience and skills:
* Excellent organisational skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong computer skills;
* Good time management skills and attention to detail;
* A strong work ethic, with an emphasis on being punctual and reliable;
* Energy and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn;
* Willingness to work in a team environment and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Impeccable attention to detail with typing, spelling and grammar;
* A strong sense of professionalism, maturity and self-confidence; and
* Experience is preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €25,500.00-€26,000.00 per year
