Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and prepare client-focused PCS proposals and budgets for new business opportunities within given timeframes.
* Adhere to the proposal process.
* Attend kick-off and strategy meetings to obtain required information for developing a suitable COA/eCOA implementation strategy with operational support.
* Liaise with relevant personnel, including sales, strategic proposal development, and operations, to ensure PCS proposals meet business needs.
* Prepare costs for PCS proposals using available project information and collaborate with 3rd party vendors to secure quotes for external services.
* Solicit input and review of proposals and budgets from operational departments, including Manager, PCS Proposals, and eCOA Operations.
* Submit final QC-approved PCS proposals on time to core teams.
* Participate in client-facing meetings as needed.
* Maintain filing and tracking tools according to accepted practices.
* Comply with ICON administrative, training, and human resources policies.
* Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.
* Travel up to 5% of the time (international and domestic).
