Overview
Cook is seeking a professional to develop and deliver educational content for product management employees, aligned with the company's mission, vision, and priorities.
This role leads and supports global product management training programs, collaborating with HR and Learning and Development teams to ensure effective employee development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational planning, project management, and eLearning program development, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to implement global employee training and development priorities, processes, and structure.
Develop and deliver cross-division product management education and development programs, ensuring alignment across specialties and local/regional regulations.
Establish, measure, and meet training needs and employee development goals, acting as a resource for employees achieving their development objectives.
Create learning solutions and processes aligned with organizational competencies and product management initiatives.
Partner with HR and Learning and Development on training and development initiatives, including manager training, competencies, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), etc.
Qualifications:
College degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in eLearning programs and/or Cook's Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the medical device industry.
Prior Training and/or Employee Development experience.
Demonstrate strong business skills and ability to work with leadership.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to travel domestic, international, and weekends as needed up to 20%.
Work under general office environmental conditions.
