The Group Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact, data-driven marketing strategy that supports our ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all marketing aspects of the group brand as well as the go-to-market marketing strategies for each product within the group; our data management, data transformation and B2B SaaS solutions. This is a superb opportunity for someone who values the stability of working for an established business but craves the challenge and excitement of being a key driver in a scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that supports the overall group business goals, strengthens brand presence, and drives marketing’s contribution to revenue growth across all our products.

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth: Drive multi-channel demand generation initiatives to increase customer acquisition, lead conversion, and retention rates. Advise and execute on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and other segmentation strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Set and oversee budget and resource allocation as well as monitor and optimise performance metrics to maximise ROI.
CRM & Marketing Technology: Lead our CRM and overall marketing tech stack to optimise customer journey management, from lead nurturing to lead conversion, account management and retention.

Enable the team to deliver consistent and scalable marketing activities across geographies and product lines. We are very proud of the culture at Kefron and have high employee retention rates which is a core objective of the business.
Key Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with demonstrated experience managing marketing for multiple products. Someone who stays at the forefront of advancements in marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is nice to have but not mandatory.
Sound Judgement & Analytical Skills: Strong track record in managing budgets and using data analytics to refine strategies, optimise acquisition costs, and measure strategy performance. Equally important is sound judgement for when the data is not telling the full story.
MarTech: Proficient in CRM systems and experience in implementing customer-centric marketing strategies to increase engagement and reduce churn. Customer retention in SaaS businesses is crucial.
Results-Oriented: Proven ability to measure and meet (or exceed) key performance indicators crucial to a SaaS model; MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC payback, and customer retention etc.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, influence stakeholders, and foster a high-impact marketing team culture.
