Objectives of Position
Primary Objective
To ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring, controlling and improving all related customer processes.
Principal Customer Interface
Quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Quality support to manufacturing line including but not limited to:
2. Investigating potential nonconformances (Material and Process)
3. Complete Event Investigations
5. Generation and Review and review of Quality Metrics System.
6. Overall responsibility for DMR/DHR and Technical Files.
7. Generation and approval of SOPs Quality Plans, FMEAs and control plans.
8. Data collection, analyzing and reporting.
9. Pareto and trend analysis.
10. Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement programs.
11. NPI Approval including First Article Inspections and Reporting.
12. CAPA, NCM and RMA analysis and Improvement.
13. QSR Validation protocols and report (IQ, OQ & PQ).
14. Conducting Audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Quality System.
15. Deputize for the Quality Engineering Lead where appropriate.
16. Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximise operating efficiency.
17. Manage and contribute to the achievements of department productivity and quality goals
18. Participate in regulatory agency inspections
19. Support the management of the Event Investigation forum and required best practice problem solving techniques including weekly Yield data gathering and monitoring on selected accounts as required.
20. Support Weekly Customer reports as well as Quarterly Business Reports and data presentation when required
