Job Summary: The Deli Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Maxol Service Station's deli department, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and team development.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards, maintaining accurate documentation
* Manage stock and waste control for deli products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve standards
* SUPERVISE employees in various duties, including cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters
* Resolve customer queries efficiently, promoting a culture of good customer service and teamwork
* Complete administrative tasks, assist with inventory and sales budget preparation, and provide training on company policies and sales guidelines
Requirements:
* Experience in high-pressure situations, preferably in fresh food or deli management
* Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course completion
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence
