Reporting into the Facilities Manager and Site Services Manager, you will coordinate and implement facility/utility projects and support facilities management programs to deliver safe and reliable utilities/facilities for customers and business.
1. Interacting with Architects, M&E Designers/Engineers on matters relating to building services.
2. Assisting Design teams on development of site-specific Facility/Utility equipment/processes as required.
3. Commissioning, organizing and assessing the work of contractors.
4. Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
5. Making life-cycle outcomes about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment.
6. Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
7. Generate and execute validation protocols, trials/studies and create associated reports for facilities/utilities.
8. Performing and analyzing data, evaluating results, forming conclusions & contributing to Facility/Utility process improvements.
9. Identification and implementation of Cost Improvement and innovative Opportunities for Facility Operations.
10. Oversight of facilities/utilities preventative maintenance program.
Person Specification:
1. 3+ years experience within a similar role.
2. Certificate or Third Level Qualification in an Engineering/Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Discipline.
